I live life looking to the hourglass,
It shows that life has passed, whether heat death or a cold
bodily existence, inherently paradoxically spent all the same...
Time is the greatest equalizer and the ultimate god,
Recognizing a lack thereof is the greatest solvent of guilt
and the ultimate vindicator.
Tomorrow comes today until tomorrow doesn’t.
Soon there will be no more mistakes or recesses of desire,
Soon there will be no more treats or trips or trials,
Soon there will be time no more.
